About the event
Training Camp Schedule: Girls 6pm-7:30pm Boys 7:30pm-9pm
Monday 7/28- Strength and Conditioning, defensive footwork/positioning
Tuesday 7/29- Stationary/moving dribbling drills, in game dribbling drills
Wednesday 7/30- Fundamentals of attacking the basket, drive and post move
Thursday 7/31- Shooting circuit (1&2 dribble pull ups, step backs, fade aways)
Friday 8/1- **Culminating Event, must sign up for minimum 2 other session to attend**
